How to pay
Payment is due with your order. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay at checkout, and payment by bank transfer. There is no additional charge for paying by credit or debit card.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, our account details are given on your order confirmation. Please quote your surname and order number as the reference. We will never email you to tell you our bank details have changed — if you receive such a message, please telephone us before sending any money.
Postage within the UK
Orders up to £79.99 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £5.50. Orders of £80 and over are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at £12.00. Orders over £500 are sent by Special Delivery free of charge.
Items sent by Special Delivery travel at our risk. Items sent by any other method travel at your risk.
Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man are charged at UK rates.
Postage outside the UK
- Orders up to £30: £12.00 tracked
- £31 to £80: £20.00 tracked
- £81 to £250: £25.00 tracked and signed
- Over £250: £28.00 fully insured
All overseas orders are sent at our risk. Higher value shipments are covered by specialist transit insurance arranged through Secursus. Free delivery over £500 applies to UK orders only.
If you have particular shipping requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them. This may incur an additional charge. Our tracked international service cannot deliver to a PO box; please give a street address.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duty and local taxes. Where charges are collected at checkout this is shown clearly in your order total. Any charges not collected at checkout are payable to your national postal service or courier before delivery, together with its clearance fee. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.
Ordering
Items can be reserved by email or telephone. Please give full details and any reference number shown for the item you would like.
Condition of our watches
All watches are categorised as brand new, preloved and so on, and vintage watches are shown as they are. For new watches we use some manufacturers’ promotional pictures, but any limited edition numbers shown are those of the actual watch. Full condition notes appear on every product page.
Approval, returns and cancellations
All items are sent on 14 days approval, for both UK and overseas orders, from the date of tracked receipt. Please notify us by email of your intention to return within that period.
We can provide an exchange, credit note or refund for returned watches. We accept cancellations before payment has been taken; please send us written confirmation if you would like to cancel.
Returns must be sent back in the condition in which they arrived, and fully insured at the buyer’s risk. Where the value of a watch has been reduced because it has been worn, sized, damaged or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Your full statutory rights, including the right to cancel and the right to reject faulty goods, are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
