Watch servicing & repairs
Servicing and repairs by an accredited Swiss workshop
We have partnered with Swiss Time Services, one of the UK’s leading independent watch workshops, to service and repair watches for our customers and anyone else who needs it. See your price before you send anything, post your watch straight to the workshop, and nothing is done until you have accepted your quote.

How it works
Tell us about your watch and the work you need. You’ll see the price straight away and get a job number.
Print your job form, pop it in the box and post your watch to the workshop.
The workshop assesses it and we email your quote with a link to pay. Nothing is done until you accept.
Your serviced watch comes back to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with its warranty.

Questions
Do I have to have bought my watch from The Watchaholic?
No. We service and repair watches for anyone, whether you bought it from us or not.
Will the price change once the workshop sees my watch?
The price shown is the workshop’s published price for that work. If your watch needs anything extra, such as a part that is worn beyond servicing, it will be on your quote, split into items that must be done and optional extras. Nothing is done until you have accepted and paid.
What if I decide not to go ahead?
That’s fine. The workshop will return your watch to you for a flat £30, which covers return postage and packing. If the workshop can’t complete the repair, for example because parts aren’t available, your watch is returned free of charge. Quotes are valid for two months, and the workshop will always contact you before sending a watch back.
How should I post my watch?
We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured for the value of your watch. Pack it well in a small box, with your printed job form inside. Keep your proof of postage.
My watch is vintage. Can you still service it?
Yes. Watches made before 1990 are assessed individually, as parts and work vary. Tick the vintage box on the form and you’ll receive a quote once the watch has been inspected.
Do you service watches from outside the UK?
At the moment we accept watches from UK addresses, and from existing customers abroad who bought their watch from us. Please contact us first if you are outside the UK.
Who do I contact with questions?
Contact us, not the workshop: call Nick on 07950 287349 or email [email protected], quoting your job number.
