Your right to cancel

If you buy from us online you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us in writing by email to [email protected] or by post to The Watchaholic, PO Box 1219, Spalding, PE11 9FY. You then have a further 14 days to return the watch to us.

We will refund the price you paid, together with the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the watch back. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard service, we refund the standard cost only.

Returning the watch

Please return the watch complete, with any box, papers, tags, links and protective wrapping supplied. Return postage is at your own cost unless the watch is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or another fully insured, tracked service: until the watch reaches us it remains your responsibility, and we cannot refund an item that is lost in transit.

You may handle a watch as you would in a shop. If its value is reduced because it has been worn, sized, damaged or returned incomplete, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

Faulty or not as described

If a watch is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and you may reject it for a full refund, including return postage. After 30 days, and for the remainder of any warranty period, we will repair or replace the watch, or refund you if that is not possible.

Vintage and pre-owned watches are sold as described in their listing. Signs of age, wear and previous service that are described or shown in the photographs are not faults. If anything about a watch is unclear before you buy, please ask.

What we cannot accept

The cancellation right does not apply to watches made or personalised to your specification, including engraving and bespoke strap fitting, or to gift cards. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where you paid using Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal, the refund is returned through that provider and your agreement with them is adjusted accordingly.
